This blog is to act as a resource for General Managers throughout the hospitality industry. It will include such things as:

• Hyperlinks to vendor websites (cut down on sourcing time)
• Training ideas (Less guest problems)
• Common problems you have had and how you resolved them. (Employee Relations, Cost Control Ideas etc.)
• Etc.

I believe that the wheel should not be reinvented it should be improved.
